1. Who we are

This store is operated by Vantrel Labs. You can reach us at info@vantrellabs.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Where a compare-at price is displayed, it refers to our own list price for the product and not to any other retailer's price. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, and if we do, you are refunded in full.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, tracked. Standard shipping is free on every US order. Full details are in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Refunds and the money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of delivery (90 days for Vantrel Wrap). The refund is issued without requiring you to return the device. Full details are in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. One-year warranty

Vantrel Lumen comes with a one-year warranty from the day it is delivered. If it stops working in normal use, we replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, or damage from misuse, water or opening the device, and it does not cover normal wear of the nasal sleeves. Full details are in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law.

7. What this product is

Vantrel Lumen (Red Light Nasal Therapy) is a general wellness product: low-power red light, 650nm, 5 mW, delivered on the lining of the nose through two soft removable sleeves, for ten minutes a session. It is not a medical device and it is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is intended for adults and for children from age 10; under age 10, use it for three minutes a session at most, with an adult. It is used alongside any therapy your doctor prescribed, never instead of it. If you are pregnant, take medication that makes you sensitive to light, or have a diagnosed nasal or photosensitivity condition, speak to your doctor before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing here replaces guidance from a qualified clinician.

8. Using this site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to copy or republish its content without written permission. All text, images and design on this site remain our property.

9. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
