Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. APO/FPO destinations can add about a week.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is first scanned.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Tracking

Tracking stays active until delivery. A gap of a few days between scans is normal when a parcel changes carrier and does not mean it is lost. If tracking has not updated in a week, email us and we chase it.

Duties and taxes

You are not asked to pay anything on delivery.

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged

If 20 days pass from dispatch with no delivery and tracking has stopped, we replace the order or refund it in full, your choice. If the box arrives damaged, email us a photo and we replace the contents free. Nothing to send back.
