Vantrel Wrap (Red Light Wrist Therapy) comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day the box lands. Use it most days, and if your wrist is not feeling better, email us for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason and you do not send anything back.

Vantrel Lumen (Red Light Nasal Therapy) comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day the box lands. The studies on nasal red light show change over weeks, so we give you the whole range: use it most days, and if it has not earned its place, email us for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason and you do not send anything back.

What the refund covers

The full purchase price of everything in the order: the device, any add-on such as the Protective case or the UV-C steriliser, and the shipping you paid. If an automatic offer made an item free, that item is simply yours to keep.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If the box arrives damaged, the device does not work, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it at no cost, or refund it in full if you prefer. Nothing to send back.

1-year warranty

Every Vantrel device is covered by a one-year warranty, counted from the day it is delivered. If the device stops working in normal use, email us your order number and a short video showing the fault. We send you a replacement device at no cost, shipping included, and there is nothing to send back. The warranty covers the device itself. It does not cover loss, accidental damage, or damage from misuse, water or opening the device. The nasal sleeves are a wear part and are not covered for normal wear.

If your order never arrives

Delivery normally takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, tracked. If 20 days pass from dispatch with no delivery and tracking has stopped, we replace the order or refund it in full, your choice.

Refund timing

We issue the refund within 2 business days of your email. It returns to your original payment method, and your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any point before the order ships by replying to your order confirmation. Once it has shipped we cannot recall it, but the guarantee above still covers you.
